1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or invoice, is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by Aura Tech.

3. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support at support@aurashoe.com or call us at +91 – 7583869496 to request a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for the return, including the return address.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the item, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details during the return process.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and mention your preference for an exchange.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items
